French Wine Dinner

Join us for a five course dinner prepared by Chef Alex McPhail, featuring carefully selected French wines paired with each course. The event starts at 5:00pm, with dinner starting at 5:30pm, on Sunday, November 3.
Together with Breakthru Beverage, we are thrilled to welcome back Raffaele Benassi to present the wines. Those who attended our Italian wine dinner last year know how engaging and knowledgable Raffaele was! This is not an event you'll want to miss!

Price is $115 a person and includes wine pairings.

All wines will be available to order during the event.

A little about Raffaele: Born in Luxembourg and raised in Italy, Raffaele has an extensive background in hospitality. "In 2008, Raffaele joined Premier Beverage Company as the Fine Wine Key Account Executive in Orlando. A year later, the position transitioned to an Account Development Specialist, where Raffaele continued to work with the world class portfolio selections including Augustan Wine Imports and Noble Wine Estates. In 2010 Raffaele moved back to south Florida as the Italian and French Specialist, focusing on education and Key Account Sales with growth of over 22% in the category in the overall territory in the first year. Seeking growth and experience within this business and the company, Raffaele was promoted to Area Manager for the Hotel & Restaurant Division for Miami and Dade County, one of the highest profile and demanding area’s in the state. The pursuit for further education as lead Raffaele to receive accreditations from The Court of Master Sommelier and Wine and Spirit Education Trust. In 2017, Raffaele was promoted to his current position of Director of European Business Development for the state of Florida. Raffaele’s passion for wine continues to gain momentum day after day, in order to

achieve the ultimate goal for Breakthru Beverage Company, as the Best Distributor of choice in Florida."

Restaurant Iron would like to invite you to a five course dinner, prepared by Chef Alex McPhail, with each course paired with select wines from Domaine de la Cote. Seating will begin at 6:00 PM, with dinner beginning at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, July 12th.

Dark Chocolate Rose Water Truffle

This dinner is by reservation only, and the cost of the event is $100 per person, which includes the paired wines. Restaurant Iron requires a credit card to hold the reservation as well. Restaurant Iron has a 48 hour cancellation period, meaning if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance of the reservation, there will be no penalty. If you cancel within the 48 hour window, you will be assessed a $50 per person penalty.

This year, on Valentine's Day, Chef Alex will be preparing a fixed price, six course tasting menu.  The cost per person is $95.  We will also have an optional wine pairing and an optional cocktail pairing, each for $30. We will have two seatings this year, at 5:30 PM & 8 PM
