Our Bar Manager Campbell Esquerre got his wings behind a bar in his birth place of New Orleans, La. After serving a few years under the illustrious Nathan Dalton at Felipe's, Campbell decided to move back to Pensacola to be closer to family. Since then, Campbell has been making a name for himself in town. With a mission to "ensure the best possible service all while making new friends and repeat customers", Campbell fits right in here at Restaurant Iron.  You can catch him competing in statewide and local competitions as well tending bar four nights a week in our beloved Restaurant.
