2. Reservations and Cancellations

Any applicable cancellation deadlines, no show fees, or deposit conditions will be disclosed during the reservation process.
Restaurant Iron reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations when necessary due to circumstances affecting restaurant operations. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected guests.
3. Online Ordering and Takeout
Online ordering services may be provided through Restaurant Iron or authorized third party platforms.
All orders are subject to availability, acceptance, and operational capacity. Menu items, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
Restaurant Iron may limit or temporarily suspend online ordering during periods of high demand.
Orders that have entered preparation may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Any refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact, pickup, and delivery information.
4. Catering and Private Events
Restaurant Iron offers office catering and offsite event catering.
Catering services may require minimum orders, advance notice, deposits, signed agreements, or payment before fulfillment.
Specific pricing, cancellation deadlines, guest counts, service requirements, and refund conditions will be communicated during the booking process or included in a separate catering agreement.
Where a signed catering agreement establishes different terms, that agreement will govern the applicable event.
5. Special Events and Dining Experiences
Special events, tasting menus, wine dinners, and other limited availability experiences may have additional booking and cancellation requirements.
Applicable pricing, taxes, gratuities, deposits, and cancellation policies will be disclosed before purchase or reservation confirmation.
Restaurant Iron may modify event menus or offerings when necessary due to product availability or other operational circumstances.
6. Gift Cards
Restaurant Iron offers physical and electronic gift cards through authorized sales channels.
Gift cards are subject to applicable terms provided at purchase and relevant federal and Florida laws.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen cards may be replaced only when the original balance and ownership can be verified and replacement is supported by the issuing system.
7. Menu Information and Allergens
Restaurant Iron makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate menu descriptions, ingredients, and pricing.
However, menu offerings may change based on seasonality, availability, and culinary decisions.
Our kitchen handles common food allergens, including dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat.
Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions should communicate their needs directly to our team before ordering. Although reasonable precautions may be taken, Restaurant Iron cannot guarantee an environment completely free from allergen cross contact.
8. Alcohol Sales
Alcoholic beverages are sold and served in accordance with applicable federal, Florida, and local laws.
Guests purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages must meet the legal drinking age and may be required to present valid identification.
Restaurant Iron reserves the right to refuse alcohol sales or service when required or permitted by law.
